During the second quarter of 2021, the top 5 business apps in Italy showed diverse trends in downloads, active users, and revenue. Here's a detailed look at their performance.

Zoom Workplace experienced a gradual decline in weekly downloads, starting at around 106K in late March and dropping to approximately 37K by the end of June. Weekly active users also saw a downward trend, decreasing from 5.1M to about 2.5M over the quarter.
